New tool: reality check

One idea for an additional tool would be to have a “reality check” tool. I often believe that I can accomplish an impossible amount of work in one day. It would be great to have a tool that helps schedule work in a more feasible way. So if I say, “I’m going to work on this paper for six hours today and eight hours tomorrow,” it would challenge that and say something like “Let’s start with accomplishing two paragraphs today and see what else you’re up to.”
